CLASS RELATED QUESTIONS
What sets our club apart is our strong foundation in the KSL Shot Cycle, developed by Coach Lee and adopted by USA Archery as NTS in the United States. Our coaches are extensively trained in the system and work closely with Coach Lee, allowing our archers to learn the method with accuracy, consistency, and depth. We also value having a good coach to archer ratio, so that our coaches can effectively train our members. We typically have a 1:4 coach to archer ratio, with 2-3 coaches in each session.
Each member has the unique benefit of monthly form analysis by Coach Lee, who provides feedback to the archer and local coaches to assist in technique development.
Children are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an parent/guardian. The adult must sign a registration form on behalf of the minor, and must remain present on the range at all times.
Our instructional program is designed for new students who have never shot archery. Safety rules, procedures and shooting fundamentals are explained and demonstrated and each student gets brief one-on-one instruction and supervision with a KSLAA Coach.
